Concédase a la Compañía Colombo Alemana de Transportes Aéreos, un auxilio de sesenta y cinco mil pesos ($65.000) oro legal, con destino exclusivo a las pruebas técnicas y a la compra y adaptación de súper-hidroaviones de 800 caballos de fuerza, aproximadamente, y suficientes para transportar de ocho a diez pasajeros, con sus equipajes y todo el correo aéreo que se le encomiende, siempre que acepte las bases de contrato fijadas en los artículos siguientes.
