Art. 36. Si el rematador se ausentare del Departamento, tiene obligación de dejar apoderado que lo represente en todos los asuntos administrativos y judiciales relacionados con el arrendamiento.
El testimonio del poder con la nota de inscripción de la Oficina de registro debe remitirlo á la Junta Directiva ó á quien la represente en los Departamentos.
