La jurisdicción militar se ejerce exclusivamente por las entidades y funcionarios que a continuación se expresan:

1° Corte Suprema de Justicia.

2° Tribunales Superiores Militares.

3° Tribunales Militares de primera instancia.4° Jueces Militares.

4° Comandante Superior de las Fuerzas Militares o Jefe del Estado Mayor General.
