(transitorio). Durante la vigencia del presente período constitucional 1970-1974 se conservará la actual composición de las ocho (8) Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes de ambas Cámaras.

Parágrafo

Durante el mismo período 1970-1974, se podrá pertenecer simultáneamente a la Comisión del Plan y a otra de las Comisiones Constitucionales Permanentes.
