Artículo primero. Cédese a título gratuito a la Academia Colombiana de la Lengua el derecho de dominio pleno sobre el terreno, el edificio y anexos que la Ley 11 de 1914 destinó a perpetuidad para dicha Academia, y autorízase a esta para enajenar a cualquier titulo esos bienes con el fin de construir o adquirir posteriormente un inmueble o inmuebles con destino al funcionamiento de la Academia.
