El artículo 2º del Decreto 2676 del 29 de diciembre de 1993 quedará así: "Los departamentos y distritos que cumplan con los requisitos del artículo 14 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y obtengan las certificaciones de los respectivos Ministerios, incorporarán en su presupuesto el situado fiscal correspondiente, a partir de la fecha de la notificación de dichos certificados"
