Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que viajen al exterior en vacaciones, licencias o asuntos particulares, no podrán utilizar el uniforme mientras permanezcan en territorio extranjero, a menos que cuenten para ello con autorización expresa del Ministerio de Defensa.
