Para los efectos de la exención aduanera, la Gobernación de Santander y la Alcaldía de Medellín remitirán al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público tres ejemplares de las notas de pedido que envíen al Exterior, para que al ser aprobadas, pueda dicho Ministerio comunicar la exención respectiva a las Aduanas por donde se hayan de hacer las introducciones de materiales pedidos.
