Dentro de los seis meses contados desde la fecha en la cual la comsion internacional que se organice para construir el canal, haya presentado el resultado de la esploracion, los concesionarios depositarán como garantía de cumplimiento, $150,000, o sean 750,000 francos, en manos de los banqueros de la República en Lóndres.
