Article 10

Las Administraciones De Hacienda Nacional Se Abstendrán De Estampillar Los Contratos De Arrendamiento O Certificar Sobre Ellos El Pago Del Correspondiente Impuesto De Timbre, Cuando Dichos Contratos No Lleven La Constancia De Haber Sido Registrados En Las Respectivas Juntas De Control De Artículos De Primera Necesidad O En Las Oficinas Que Éstas Les Atribuyan La Función De Hacer Tales Registros

Las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional se abstendrán de estampillar los contratos de arrendamiento o certificar sobre ellos el pago del correspondiente impuesto de timbre, cuando dichos contratos no lleven la constancia de haber sido registrados en las respectivas Juntas de Control de Artículos de Primera Necesidad o en las oficinas que éstas les atribuyan la función de hacer tales registros.

Parágrafo

Las Juntas dispondrán la forma como deban hacerse los registros que establece este articulo y reglamentarán los sistemas de control para que éstos se hagan debidamente.
