Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para conceder un auxilio hasta de diez mil pesos, á la empresa de navegacion que destine un buque de vapor al trasporte de productos en el bajo Cauca y en el Nechí, de Magangué á Raudal y á Zaragoza.

Parágrafo 1

º Igual autorizacion se concede respecto de la navegacion del alto Cauca, en la parte en que ella sea realizable.

Parágrafo 2

º Para tener derecho á recibir ente auxilio, el buque ó buques destinados á dichos rios deberán hacer, por lo ménos, seis viajes redondos en el año.
