Artículo noveno. La contravención a las anteriores disposiciones será sancionada con el retiro de la aprobación de estudios, y la suspensión de auxilios y becas nacionales si los tuvieren, o con el retiro de la licencia de funcionamiento si no gozaren de los anteriores. Comuníquese y publíquese
