Cédese al Municipio de Tunja el lote de terreno número 7839 de propiedad de la Nación, ubicado en el área urbana de esa ciudad, alinderado así: por el Norte con la calle 32; por el Oriente, con propiedades de Jaime Gabriel Salgado (sucesión), por el Sur con propiedades del Departamento de Boyacá, y por el Occidente con los Ferrocarriles Nacionales.
