Los datos a que se refiere el artículo anterior podrán pedirse al mismo funcionario registrado o , a quien le haya hecho el nombramiento o dado la posesión, podrán tomarse de todo elemento oficial u oficialmente conocido que sirviere para establecerlos o concretarlos, inclusive de los denuncios reservados a que se refiere el artículo 1615 del Código Judicial.
