Artículo veinticuatro. Los derechos de autor serán señalados y cobrados directamente por los autores o sus causahabientes a título universal o singular; pero tratándose de obras teatrales o musicales dos interesados podrán encomendar la recaudación de sus derechos a cualquier entidad pública o particular; para que ella haga la distribución, deducidos los gastos que causen la recaudación y administración.
