CAUSALES DE REVOCACIÓN. Todo correctivo debe ser revocado o modificado en los siguientes casos

a)

Cuando de su aplicación se desprenda en forma ostensible que hubo apasionamiento, parcialidad o motivos personales;

b)

Cuando su cumplimiento implique una notoria violación de las normas establecidas en el presente reglamento;

c)

Cuando su graduación no guarde relación con la gravedad de la falta;

d)

Cuando surjan hechos nuevos que modifiquen Sustancialmente la responsabilidad del infractor.
