Si el marido se opone ofreciendo prestar caución que asegure suficientemente los intereses de la mujer, el Juez suspende el juicio por un término prudencial mientras se admite y otorga la caución.

El auto sobre admisión de cauciones es apelable en el efecto suspensivo y se falla por el superior en Sala de Decisión.
