Artículo décimo. El personal subalterno que actualmente presta sus servicios en la Rama Jurisdiccional, en el Ministerio Público, en el Contencioso Administrativo, y en los organismos auxiliares, tendrá derecho a las remuneraciones señaladas en el nivel a) del artículo 3º de la Ley 4º de 1962.
