Cédase a favor del Municipio de Nemocón (Cundinamarca), la totalidad de las rentas por concepto de ingresos de turistas al monumento turístico "Mina de Sal" de Nemocón una vez termine el contrato de concesión vigente en la actualidad. El Gobierno Nacional establecerá los mecanismos para ceder y entregar en administración dicho monumento turístico, una vez termine el contrato de concesión actual del mismo.
