El médico veterinario y el médico veterinario y zootecnista, no serán responsables ante el usuario por reacciones individuales, inmediatas o tardías adversas producidas por efectos del tratamiento, medicamento o procedimiento quirúrgico, mientras éstos hayan sido aplicados correctsamente. Frente a tales eventos, la responsabilidad no irá más allá el riesgo previsto.
