Decreto 1040 de 2026 · Por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente el artículo 4, los numerales 15 y 16 del artículo 15, y los artículos 16,17,18 Y 20 de la Ley 2466 de 2025; se desarrollan disposiciones de las Leyes 1010 de 2006,2365 de 2024,1257 de 2008, 248 de 1995 y 2528 de 2025, en materia de acoso, violencia y discriminación en el ámbito laboral; y se adiciona el Capítulo 8 al Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1072 de 2015
