Art. 20. Los nuevos Juzgados que deben organizarse conforme á la presente ley serán servidos por un Juez, un Secretario y un Oficial-escribiente; y los sueldos de estos empleados serán iguales á los que en el respectivo Departamento tienen asignados los empleados de la misma denominación.
