Ley 58 de 1931 · Por la cual se crea la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas y se dictan otras disposiciones

Las Sociedades Anónimas cuyas acciones no se negocien en el mercado o que estén en liquidación podrán quedar exentas del control de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas si así lo solicitare un número de accionistas que represente por lo menos el noventa por ciento (90 por 100) de las acciones emitidas.

Parágrafo

Quedan a salvo los derechos adquiridos, de acuerdo con el artículo 31 de la Constitución, por las Sociedades Anónimas en virtud de contratos o actos debidamente perfeccionados al amparo de leyes anteriores.
