Informes financieros. Las Direcciones de los Sistemas Territoriales de Seguridad Social en Salud deberán consolidar la información presupuestal y contable del Fondo de Salud y de las Empresas Sociales del Estado y rendir los informes correspondientes, especialmente al Ministerio de Salud de acuerdo con las normas técnicas y administrativas sobre sistemas de información que establezca el mismo Ministerio. El Ministerio de Salud suministrará al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la información que requiera para lo de su competencia. CAPITULO V.
