Huso horario. El huso horario que se tendrá en cuenta para determinar la fecha de presentación y pago de la declaración del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios y de los pagos de que trata el artículo 1.2.1.28.4.5. del presente decreto, por parte de los contribuyentes personas no residentes o entidades no domiciliadas en el país con presencia económica significativa (PES) en Colombia, será la hora legal colombiana, la cual corresponde al Tiempo Universal Coordinado (UTC) disminuido en 5 horas (UTC-5).
