Elévase a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00) la partida señalada en el artículo 3° de la Ley 20 de 1935 .

Dicha suma será entregada a la señora viuda del General Avelino Rosas, previas las formalidades legales, para que disponga la erección del mausoleo de que trata dicha Ley.
