Además de lo dispuesto en el artículo 80 de esta ley, los partidos, sus fracciones y los movimientos políticos podrán acreditar testigos ante los correspondientes funcionarios electorales para que vigilen la entrega de los documentos respectivos y para que actúen en los escrutinios generales en cada circunscripción electoral o en los que practica la Corte.
