Ejercen ilegalmente la Química Farmacéutica todas las personas que sin haber llenado los requisitos de la presente Ley, practiquen cualquier acto reservado al ejercicio de la profesión. También serán considerados infractores a la norma de esta Ley, los Químicos Farmacéuticos o Farmacéuticos legalmente autorizados para ejercer la profesión, que se asocien con quien la ejerza ilegalmente sin perjuicio a lo establecido en el literal a), del artículo 3º de esta Ley.
