Prorrógase por diez (10) años más la cesión hecha en favor del Municipio de Tumaco, por medio de la Ley 37 de 1924 , del impuesto de explotación de bosques nacionales dentro de su territorio; pero la administración de la explotación de bosques, la fijación del impuesto y su recaudo serán de cargo de la Nación, la cual entregará al Municipio mensualmente el valor de dichos recaudos.
