El presente decreto tiene por objeto simplificar, suprimir y reformar trámites, procesos y procedimientos innecesarios existentes en la Administración Pública, bajo los principios constitucionales y legales que rigen la función pública, con el propósito de garantizar la efectividad de los principios, derechos y deberes de las personas consagrados en la Constitución mediante trámites, procesos y procedimientos administrativos sencillos, ágiles, coordinados, modernos y digitales.
