º. La asociación de autoridades tradicionales indígenas de la Comunidad Wayú a que se refiere este Decreto podrá crear y administrar un Fondo de Bienestar Social y Desarrollo de la Comunidad Wayú de Manaure, con el objeto de adelantar programas de bienestar social en beneficio de la comunidad. Este Fondo estará constituido por los aportes anuales que haga la sociedad de economía mixta a que se refiere el artículo 2º de este Decreto, cuya cuantía no será inferior al 1% (uno por ciento) del valor de las ventas brutas de sal que anualmente esta realice.
