Gestión de recursos y fortalecimiento del Hábitat y la Vivienda Diferencial. El Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, Fonvivienda y las demás entidades del Gobierno nacional, en el marco de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, podrán apoyar técnica y financieramente a las entidades territoriales y/o grupos poblacionales en la elaboración de los análisis, estudios y los trámites asociados a la actuación, identificación, caracterización, intervención y/o fortalecimiento del hábitat y la vivienda diferencial.

El apoyo técnico y/o financiero podrá gestionarse a través de los Planes de Gestión del Hábitat de que trata el presente decreto.
