ARTICULO 71 . NOTIFICACIÓN POR FUNCIONARIO COMISIONADO. Si la notificación personal debe realizarse en unidad diferente a la del funcionario con atribución disciplinaria o investigador, éste podrá remitir copia de la providencia al Jefe de Recursos Humanos de la Unidad en la que se encuentre el disciplinado o su apoderado, para que la surta. En este evento, el término será de veinte (20) días hábiles y las formalidades serán las señaladas en este decreto.
