º. Pago de aportes. Los aportes por cotización estarán a cargo del afiliado cuando éste sea independiente. Cuando el afiliado tenga vinculación laboral, el monto de la cotización correspondiente al beneficiario del subsidio será pagada por el empleador y el trabajador, en las proporciones establecidas para el Sistema General de Pensiones en la ley 100 de 1993, en el artículo 8º de este Decreto.
