El cobro de los créditos por Jurisdicción Coactiva, se ceñirá a lo que al respecto señale el Código de Procedimiento Civil y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen. Artículo 5. El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación en el DIARIO OFICIAL y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
