Cuando el culpado cometa uno de los delitos de que tratan losArtículos precedentes, para procurarse a sí mismo o para procurar a otros un medio de prueba de hechos verdaderos, será castigado con reclusión por quince días a diez y seis meses, si se trata de un instrumento público; y con reclusión de ocho días a cuatro meses, si se trata de un documento privado.
