En atención a que, el 10 de octubre de 2005, el Instituto Integrado Carrasquilla Industrial de la ciudad de Quibdó cumple 100 años de ininterrumpida y fructífera vida académica, lapso en el que el precitado centro educativo ha brindado a toda la comunidad quibdoseña y chocoana en general la oportunidad de una formación académica e intelectual básicas para su desarrollo económico y social; la Nación se asocia a la celebración de tal efemérides y exalta la encomiable y patriótica labor educativa desarrollada en forma abnegada por dicha institución.
