º. Para que los exámenes de que trata el presente Decreto tengan cumplido efecto, funcionarán en la capital de la República dos Jurados Calificadores con carácter permanente. Cada uno de tales Jurados estará integrado por cinco profesores, así: un perito de Matemáticas, un Perito en Ciencias Naturales (inclusive Física y Química), un perito en ciencias Histórico-geográficas, un Perito en idiomas extranjeros y un Perito en Lengua Castellana.
