Artículo catorce. El proceso por los delitos de injuria o calumnia se iniciará a virtud de querella del ofendido o de su representante legal. Si el ofendido falleciere antes de haberla formulado, o si la divulgación afectare la memoria de una persona difunta, podrá presentarse o proseguirse en su ejercicio por el cónyuge, los ascendientes, descendientes o hermanos. Cuando afectare a una entidad administrativa de servicio público, o a una persona jurídica o corporación de derecho privado, podrá instaurarla también el Director o Jefe de la respectiva oficina, o el Procurador General de la Nación, o los Gerentes o Administradores, según el caso.
