Aclárase eñ artículo 34 de la Ley 2ª de 1945, en el sentido de que la nueva forma de asignaciones y liquidaciones previstas tanto en este artículo como en el 33 de la misma Ley, rige no sólo para las Oficiales que se hayan retirado o se retiren con posterioridad a su vigencia, sino a los que lo hubieren hecho antes dentro de las condiciones señaladas en los artículos citados.
