Reincorporación al servicio activo. La División de Personal de la Policía Nacional en un término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de la fecha de expedición del acta médica que determine el desaparecimiento de una incapacidad, procederá a proyectar la disposición a que haya lugar para dar cumplimiento a los eventos previstos en el artículo 72 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971.
