Artículo tercero. Los súbditos españoles, sea cual fuere el lugar de su residencia, provistos de pasaporte válido ordinario expedido por las autoridades competentes de su país, podrán entrar y permanecer en Colombia sin necesidad de visado consular, por períodos no superiores a tres (3) meses, y podrán disfrutar de las prórrogas que se conceden a los turistas por causas justificadas.
