º . Operaciones de cobertura de riesgo en relación con obligaciones de pago derivadas de operaciones de dicha naturaleza. Las operaciones de cobertura de riesgo que celebren las entidades estatales, podrán consistir en operaciones de cobertura sobre las obligaciones de pago derivadas de operaciones de esa naturaleza previamente celebradas, siempre que se demuestre la conveniencia y la justificación financiera de la operación, para lo cual se deberá tener en cuenta el efecto sobre dichas obligaciones y sobre el endeudamiento neto de la respectiva entidad estatal.
