º . Corríjase el inciso 3º del artículo 32 de la Ley 1098 de 2006, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 32. Derecho de asociación y reunión . Inciso 3º. En la eficacia de los actos de los niños las niñas y los adolescentes se estará a la ley, pero los menores adultos se entenderán habilitados para tomar aquellas decisiones propias de la actividad asociativa, siempre que no afecten negativamente su patrimonio.
