Las apropiaciones destinadas a los servicios Seccionales de Salud con cargo al situado fiscal, se distribuirán por objeto del gasto mediante resolución del Ministerio de Salud, aprobada por la Dirección General del Presupuesto, antes del 15 de enero de 1986, requisito sin el cual no se expedirán los acuerdos mensuales de gastos respectivos.
