º . Informes anuales. Con el fin de realizar la evaluación por parte del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y Ministerio de la Protección Social del impacto económico que generen las nuevas plantaciones, los beneficiarios deberán antes del 31 de marzo de cada año rendir un informe técnico al Ministerio Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, en el cual reporten el estado de los cultivos, su productividad (Tm/ha), los empleos generados, los estados financieros y cuando se amerite, reporte de impacto ambiental del cultivo.
