° El glogo de terreno que adquiera el Municipio de Girardot por delegación de la Nación y con los fondos nacionales que para tal efecto se le entreguen, se destinará exclusivamente a la construcción del "Barrio Obrero" de Girardot, sin que con la inversión nacional quede relevado el Municipio de la obligación de dar cumplimiento a las leyes vigentes sobre construcción de barrios obreros en los Municipios.
