Parágrafo

al artículo 24 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 7

Los sitios en donde la Fuerza Pública requiera llevar a cabo operaciones militares especiales y para el efecto requiera el uso de equipos F.A.R.E., o similares, para aplicación del presente decreto, se definirán como un gran consumidor sin instalación".
