º . Modifícase el artículo 1.4.0.5 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1.4.0.5. Inversionistas calificados. Para efectos de la presente resolución se consideran inversionistas calificados todas aquellas personas calificadas como "inversionista profesional" en los términos del Título V de la Parte Primera de la presente resolución".
