Visas especiales para talento cinematográfico. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores deberá contar con un régimen especial para el ingreso de personal artístico, técnico y de producción extranjero con el objeto de realizar proyectos de producción de películas extranjeras sin necesidad de la expedición de visas de trabajo. Se requerirá la acreditación de un servicio de asistencia médica durante su permanencia en el país.
